Isaac, Andrew Isaac’s brother and former member of the Worcester church is getting married on Sat. August 16th. in Bloomfield,CT. If you would like more information with regards to the wedding, shower, or reception please see Francia Rehberg. Singles Outing/Devotional hosted by the Groton, CT church! Saturday July 26th; Highlands Lake, 639 Shewville Road, Ledyard Center, CT. There will be a large grill, canoeing, volleyball, a nice sand beach and fellowship!! If anyone needs to spend the night, please call Paul Glaze @ 860-625-8709 or Jim Moyer @860-857-9651 from the CT church. Anyone interested in coming to this event, please see Wennie Amechi or New England Singles Devotionals–3rd Friday of every month! MEN - Rambo Weekend: The men’s annual Rambo weekend is fast approaching. Friday, July 25th - Sunday, July 27th. Register immediately with Bill Morrone to secure your camp site. The women’s service that week will be at 5 pm on Sunday, at the Italian American Club in Shrewsbury. Directory: If you have any changes or corrections for the recently published church directory, please forward any changes to Chris Efstathion, at cefstathion@juno.com. Special Contribution Update: With over $50,000 already collected, we are so close to our special missions goal of $54,000! Let us all continue to pray and sacrifice so we can continue to help advance God’s Kingdom! New England Christian Conference: There will be a table set up in the lobby today after service to register for this year’s conference, “As For Me and My House,” scheduled for August 1 – 3, 2008 at the DCU Center. Online registration has begun at www.nechristianconference.com. Discounted registration ends on July 13th. See Sandy Meindersma to register and pay. Patryce Hudspeth: Patryce is now at Parsons Hill Nursing Home on Main Street in Worcester. She is in need of visits, and people to take her outside into the sunlight. She is also in need of volunteers to bring her communion on Sundays. Please see Laurie Morrow to sign up.
