New England Christian Conference: Today is the last day to register for the New England Christian Conference at discounted prices. The conference, “As For Me and My House,” will take place on Saturday and Sunday August 2 and 3, 2008 at the DCU Center. You may also register online at www.nechristianconference.com by midnight tonight for the discount. See the church website for the conference schedule. See Sandy Meindersma to register and pay. Special Contribution Update: We are so close to our Special Missions Contribution goal! So far, we’ve collected $51,860.53. With just over $2000.00 to go, we’ve done an incredible job! While most of us have already given our pledged amounts, but if you haven’t yet, please know that it’s not too late to give. And if you do still plan to give, it would be very helpful if you could turn in a new pledge so that we can anticipate what the final total will be. Pledges may be put in the collection plate or turned into John Clark. Also, just a small additional contribution from a few along with the pledge amounts will push us over the $54,000 mark. Making – or exceeding – our SMC goal will be a huge victory for Worcester! MEN - Rambo Weekend: There are still 13 spots left for the men’s annual Rambo weekend, Friday, July 25th - Sunday, July 27th. Full payment is needed as soon as possible.
