Pray for Workers:  Today we continue one of our three theme months for 2009.  With the theme of “Pray for Workers,” we are focusing this month on prayer and reaching the lost world.  Prepare your hearts for an amazing month as we see God work!

2009 Marriage Retreat – A Mighty Flame:  The theme of this year’s marriage retreat is ROMANCE!  Registration is $20 for all attendees.  The retreat will be held April 17 – 19 at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort.  Room costs (in addition to registration) are as follows: 1 bedroom suite $115 per night (ex. 2 nights would be $230 for the weekend); 2 bedroom condo $179 per night (this is for couples who want to split costs) 2 nights would be $180 per couple for the weekend; 3 bedroom condos are available @ $199 per night (for a couple who wants to split it w/another couple).  There will be a dance/party on Saturday night.  We will have the full program within the next 2 weeks.  See Sandy Meindersma to register and pay.

Prayer Requests:

Brandyn Bascones:  Her grandmother died recently

Mary Parke Plummer and Genny West: Mary’s husband was diagnosed with cancer recently.

Aphrodite Sutton: She recently underwent knee replacement surgery in Missouri and is recovering at her daughter, Cheryl Jobe’s home.  She’d appreciate prayers & cards. Patryce Hudspeth:  Patryce is at Parsons Hill Nursing Home on Main Street in Worcester.  She continues to be in need of visits. 

Ely Nazario:  Is home after breaking her leg recently.  She is in need of assistance at home since she will be on bed rest for 2 months.  See Stacy Specht if you are able to help.  Ely’s cell# is 508-963-7607.
