Conference Help Needed: There will be limited (K-4th Grade) childcare at the New England Christian Conference. Worcester’s responsibility will be from 10 am - noon on Saturday Aug. 2. Another region will be co-staffing that time period with us. If you would be willing to serve during that time please let Kate and Pat know as soon as possible at katebars@hotmail.com. (Regular KK screening policies apply). There is no prep work required; the activities will all be ready for you. Just come with a heart to serve. Thank you!! Booktable News: DPI is coming out with the second edition of: As For Me and My House: Easy-to-Use Devotionals for Preteens and Young Teens. The book should arrive this coming week for sale next Sunday. You can reserve your copy today. Cost $ 12.00. Please visit the booktable today and sign up. Special Contribution Update: We are so close to our Special Missions Contribution goal! So far, we’ve collected $51,860.53. With just over $2000.00 to go, we’ve done an incredible job! While most of us have already given our pledged amounts, but if you haven’t yet, please know that it’s not too late to give. And if you do still plan to give, it would be very helpful if you could turn in a new pledge so that we can anticipate what the final total will be. Pledges may be put in the collection plate or turned into John Clark. Also, just a small additional contribution from a few along with the pledge amounts will push us over the $54,000 mark. Making – or exceeding – our SMC goal will be a huge victory for Worcester! MEN - Rambo Weekend: Today is the last day to register for the men’s annual Rambo weekend, Friday, July 25th - Sunday, July 27th. Full payment is needed as soon as possible.
