MEN - Rambo Weekend:  The men’s annual Rambo weekend is fast approaching. Friday, July 25th - Sunday, July 27th. Register immediately with Bill Morrone to secure your camp site.  The women’s service that week will be at 5 pm on Sunday, at the Italian American Club in Shrewsbury.

Sharon Adair:  Her mother is hospitalized in Ohio, and Sharon is ill.

Family Olympics:  We will be having our annual Family Olympics next Sunday after church.  There will be kids’ and adult games including: egg toss, watermelon eating, dodge ball and tug of war.  Family groups will compete as teams.  Come to church in casual clothes, wearing your team color and bring a picnic lunch your and your guests.  Family group leaders should see Gary Orr if they are not able to help out with their delegated responsibilities.

New Ministry Staff:  Congratulations to LJ Grasso and Meghan Curtin, who have joined the ministry staff as of June 1.  They will be working with the teen ministry.

Special Contribution Update:  It was awesome to see and talk to our brothers and sisters in Albania Friday night!  What a blessing to be able to see the people who are benefit from our sacrifice, even though they are so far away!  To date, we have collected and pledged $52,000.  Our goal is $54,000, so let’s all continue to sacrifice and give to meet our goal, and more importantly, advance God’s kingdom. 

Kids’ Camp 2008:  Today is the last day to register for Kids’ Camp 2008, scheduled for June 23 – 26th, from 10 am – 2 pm, for children aged 4 through 4th grade.  Cost is $25 per child.  Volunteers are needed!  Please see Lori Maday or Sydney Caswell to sign up.   

All Church Midweek Cookouts: On Wednesday, June 18, we will be having a cookout beginning at 7:00 pm as part of our all church midweek service.  Marrieds are asked to bring a side dish and singles/campus are to bring desserts.  This is a great opportunity for us to eat together as a body and enjoy great fellowship!

Graduation Sunday:  Today during the service we will be honoring those disciples who have graduated this year.  The high school graduates in our fellowship are: Karlee Harding, Mitchell Renshaw, Joe Contois, Joe Curtin, Khaira Daugherty, Mikhael Jette and Talia McCormack.  The college graduates are: Lorie Vangjeli, Vilmarys Collado, Sharon Adair, April Elliot, Rowena Anderson and Brynn Specht.  Congratulations to all on their achievements!

Please plan to give your contribution on Friday, if you have not done so already.  The ushers have envelopes marked “2008 Special Contribution” that we may use to give our contribution with our regular Sunday contribution.  Our goal is $54,000, which is 10 times our regular contribution.  To date, we have given $11,376.  Please be praying and planning so we make our goal.
