Woman’s Day Registration Begins:
Please register today for Women’s Day with Sandy Meindersma; table located at entrance to church. The cost: $20 for adults and $15 for teens, covers the whole event including a full breakfast buffet. Women’s Day is planned for Saturday May 4th at 9:30 am at the Leicester Country Club. Invitations are now available for family and friends. We would like to have all members registered by April 10th.

Live the Mission:
As of this year, the IMS and the New England churches are investing in the Burlington Mission in a fresh and exciting way. This summer we will send Mike & Kristen Balzer to lead the Burlington church. The Balzers are currently on staff in the Portland, ME church and have been integral to the success of that work. There is an opportunity for an additional 10-20 disciples to accompany them. Brothers, sisters, & families that want to go for a season, for a year, or simply move in order to help build a great church on the mission field. If you are interested in potentially being part of a mission church one day or specifically in the Burlington Mission please attend the Burlington Mission Devotional on the evening of Saturday May 4th, 7:30 pm, at the Framingham Building.

Real World Parenting:
More change has happened in our society in the last two decades than in the previous two centuries. During these times of dramatic social and technological change, we need the Bible more than ever to guide us in our parenting. Please join us as we look at Real World Parenting through the scriptures.

Roger & Marcia Lamb will share with us their convictions, experiences and lives. It promises to be a special time that will include lessons, questions and answers, and a panel discussion later in the day for parents with adult children.

First and Second Principles Midweek Series:
1st Principles class every Wednesday through April, upstairs in the Choir Room @ 7:30 pm.  Everyone that has been baptized/restored since last March/April should plan on attending this class.  Anyone who would like to “brush-up” on this study series is also welcome to attend.
2nd Principles will alternate men/women every Wednesday in the Stacy Cohen Room @ 7:30pm.

Angel Trees are here!  Each year Why Me/Sherry’s House gives us names of families who are battling childhood cancer.  These families could be celebrating their last Christmas together.  As we pray for them, we can show our love and support with a much wanted gift this Christmas!  Please take an Angel or two from our tree, purchase the gift listed, bring it back unwrapped with the Angel taped to it, and place gift under the tree.  We will then deliver the gifts to Why Me/Sherry’s House in time for Christmas.  Thank you for making their Christmas a little brighter.  Last collection day for Angel gifts is December 16th.

Annual Meeting and Election:  We will hold our Annual General Meeting and Election for members of WCCOC on Wednesday, December 19th, during All Church Midweek.  We will be filling two positions on our Board of Directors.  Any member may nominate another member, with their consent, who they believe possesses both the business experience and spiritual fitness to represent God’s church in a manner that glorifies Him.  If you wish to nominate a member, please see Jim Curtin at the conclusion of service today to obtain a nomination form.  The completed form, signed by the nominee, must be returned to Jim no later than the close of service Sunday, December 9th.

HOPE Worldwide Hurricane Sandy Volunteers Needed! Over 16,300 are already registered for the 2012 World Discipleship Summitin San Antonio! Online registration just reopened and registration will be open at the door.
