Kid’s Kingdom Move Up Day: School age children (entering grades 1 – 5 in the fall) will move up to the next class Sunday May 13th

Assistant Teachers Needed: Five assistant teachers are needed beginning on May 13th in the following classes: Preteen (1); 2s/3s (2); Prek/K (1); Infants (1). Please let Pat or Kate know if you are willing to serve.  Thanks! katebars@hotmail.com

Midweek Service with Rabbi Berger: Our midweek service with Rabbi Berger is scheduled for Wednesday, May 16.  Email Tom with any questions you would like to ask the Rabbi.

Special Contribution: We will collect the first of two special missions contribution on May 16.  Please be praying and planning now.

Marriage Enrichment Class: We will be having a marriage enrichment class on May 30 for all marrieds in the Stacy Cohan Room at 7:30 pm.

Preteen and Teen Camp Registration: Today is the last day to register Preteen and Teen Camp.  Any registrations submitted after today will be put on a wait list.  Register online at the Boston Church site, http://www.bostoncoc.org/index.php

Orphans in Need: Mother Teresa Orphanage in Haiti has asked our chapter of HOPE worldwide to help with their desperate need of lightweight receiving blankets for infants and toddlers.  They tell us they are wrapping babies in rags for swaddling.  They also need bibs and hard plastic toys (rattles, blocks, etc.) that can be easily sterilized in hot water and bleach.  We will be collecting items on Sundays and Wednesdays until May 6th.  Forward in Health, a Gardner-based non-profit has offered to transport whatever we can collect. Please see Michelle Charon with any questions.

Wedding Announcement: Per Acts 17:24-28, The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and of earth and does not live in temples built by hands. And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything because he himself gives all men life and breath and everything else. …  God determined the times set for Kathy Clarke and Jon Barnard and the exact place where they should live. Praise God, he has a plan.  Jon and Kathy ARE GETTING MARRIED on Sunday, May 27, 2012.  Friends and family of this congregation are invited to join the celebration.  The wedding will be at 2:30pm at the Worcester Church facility, Temple Emanuel, 280 May Street, Worcester MA. *Reception afterward is by invitation only.

Stefanie Francis: Please pray as she and her husband Merle move through the adoption process.

John Finn Sr.: Please pray for John’s dad who is battling lung cancer and emphysema and that he gets baptized before he dies.

Barbara Daigneault: She starts chemo therapy next week and is in 120B at the Life Care rehab center in Auburn and the phone number in her room is 508-421-8741.
